Which utilities have the problem your product solves is knowable before a quarter goes into finding out, because most of them have already filed the answer.
The published record already separates them: which systems report losses they cannot explain, which have stopped filing, which report figures too unstable to act on. It is public and it is unusable in the shape it is published in.
A short call is usually enough to say whether we are the right people for it.
